Stewart Golf

The seeds of the Stewart Golf Company were formed in the 1980's when Roy Stewart retired from engineering, and took up the wonderful game of golf. Almost immediately, he started thinking that there were many areas of the game that could be improved, and where his engineering skills could be used to their fullest. The main area for this was the way that golf clubs were transported around the course...

Very quickly, two more talented design engineers joined Stewart Golf and development accelerated. In October 2003 the X1 Golf Trolley was finally unveiled to an unsuspecting public using new technology with features no one had seen before. Sam Torrance (who had just captained Europe to Ryder Cup victory) promoted the brand and with an amazing amount of editorial coverage followed in national magazines and newspapers - Stewart Golf had arrived.
