Fake or genuine equipment?Being in the golf business for over 10 years we get asked this often. We understand that buyers are cautious buying discounted golf equipment with the advent of many fakes around. We only buy from manufactures or reputable distributors and not off "the back of a lorry" and refuse to have any dealings with known or suspected fakes. We also check every item when it arrives in stock to ensure that the items are genuine and of the highest quality. |

Do your clubs come with headcovers?All clubs that come with a Headcover will be stated in the product description. |

How do i track my order?We will provide tracking on your account that you will set up when ordering, depending on the service you decide on to ship your goods will determine your tracking options. |
Can i ship to a different address other than my billing address?Yes, we will allow this, but we will perform extra security checks before despatching your order. You may be required to provide Photographic ID. |
Can i collect my item at your warehouse?Yes, when placing an order please select "Store Pickup" from the options to collect from our warehouse in SA6 Swansea.. |
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?Not at present, we are working with our couriers to arrange this service. |
Why am I being charged for Scottish Highland & Isles when I enter my postcode?The following postcodes are set by our couriers, not by Just Golf Online, as non UK mainland areas and may be subject to Highland and Isles charges on large items, and will therefore not be eligible for any free shipping offers or may not be eligible for next day services: FK17-99, G83, IV1-99, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, AB30-38, AB55-56, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, TR21-25 PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. |

Taking PaymentWe take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and if no goods have been already dispatched. Refund of payment does not apply to personalised, custom-made or custom fitted goods unless faulty. For more information see our Returns and Refunds page. |
What are your payment methods?We accept all major credit cards (Excluding American Express and Amex), Paypal or cash, we no longer accept cheques. |
How do I receive Promo Codes?Promo voucher codes, special offers and new stock alerts are sent via email from our Free members VIP club. Sign up today and we will add you to our VIP club at the nearest opportunity, you can un-subscribe at any time. |
I have a voucher code that doesnt seem to work?Promotional codes MUST be entered at the basket stage before proceeding to the payment checkout to ensure the correct discounts are applied to your order PRIOR to payment. We are not able to apply discounts at the payment stage or after your order has been placed. The picture on your site doesnt match the description?While we will do our utmost to provide accurate images, we are keen to get our products online as quick as possible, so sometimes we will use stock images, please always read the description of the item, this will be 100% accurate. |
Is there a warranty with my goods?All products come with a 1 year Guarantee, with the exceptions of Trolley Batteries (6 Months) and any items bought in store sold as seen basis. |
Making a contract with usWhen you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. If the goods are not available , we may supply substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us. |
