Returns Policy

We operate a very simple straight forward returns policy.

Unused Goods

 

Notifying us of a return

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from justgolfonline.co.uk, you may cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us (see our returns contact details below) to receive a returns confirmation number. We ask where possible to return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom fit items unless they were delivered faulty.

Returning Goods that came with a Free Gift

Any free goods that came with the item you are returning for a refund should be returned if unused and in original packaging. If the free gift has been used then it should be kept and the value of the free gift will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.

How to return an item or order

If you cancel all or part of your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct costs of the collection.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, ie. if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We recommend that you use a reputable courier to return items to us at the address specified below. We suggest Parcelforce or DPD for large items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Please include the delivery note which contains the order number and account details. Also please indicate the action you wish to be taken (and any reason) with your return, such as "Please refund the sweater as it does not fit" or "Please exchange the small sweater for size medium".

Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

To receive a replacement item

We recommend that you place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods; ensuring you are able to immediately reserve the stock and receive a replacement without any unnecessary delay. If you choose this method you should request a refund and return your original order. We will then inspect your returned item(s) and refund the costs within 30 days (we do aim to inspect and refund orders within 7-10 days).  

Alternatively, call us to receive a returns confirmation number and to reserve the stock for you and to pay for any further postage costs. For information on delivery charges please refer to our Delivery Charges Page

To receive a refund only

If you do not wish to place another order or exchange the goods and would just like a refund, then email us to receive a returns confirmation number. Once we are in receipt of the returned goods we will inspect the goods and refund your order within 30 days (we do aim to inspect and refund the order within 7-10 days).  

Faulty Goods

 

All goods come with a 12 month guarantee. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:

For purchases under 30 days old, we will offer you the option of a refund*, repair or replacement. Please e-mail Enquiries@justgolfonline.co.uk with your order number and daytime contact number.


* Refunds will be provided should we establish the items were delivered faulty and may take up to 30 days (we do aim to inspect and refund orders within 7-10 days).

For purchases over 30 days old but less than 12 months old please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or receipt of purchase, and your daytime contact number. We will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace or return the item to us if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault.
