At Just Golf Online we will endeavour to ensure all parcels are delivered by the specified time-scale, We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are delayed or are not delivered in the time frame due to adverse weather conditions, which is unfortunately out of our hands. We can only apologise in advance for this, and will try our best to notify you of any delays.
Holiday Seasons - Over the holiday seasons, we will endeavour to have your items delivered promptly, however delays may occur due to increased strain on our couriers' delivery networks. We will always attempt to notify customers should we anticipate delays and appreciate your patience during these periods.
Shipping address - Orders can be despatched to your home or work place, we may ask for further confirmation or proof of identity for orders shipped to alternative addresses. When making an order, please ensure that the correct shipping address and delivery details have been provided, as Just Golf Online does not accept any responsibility where items are lost or undelivered due incorrect customer and shipping details.
Shipping times - We dispatch orders to our couriers at approximately 1:30pm on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. Deliveries from our couriers to our customers are made on weekdays Mon-Fri and may require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.
If you miss delivery - If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier may leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
Our Couriers - We have teamed up with the best couriers in the UK to deliver our goods at the best prices. We use Royal Mail to deliver all our small items and DPD to deliver all larger parcels throughout the UK, and a combination of Evri, Parcel Force, and Royal Mail to dispatch to Europe.
Upon receipt of your delivery before you sign for the parcel, please check that the package is not damaged or if you think that your parcel has been tampered with, ensure that you bring this to the couriers attention and sign for the parcel as damaged.
All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of the parcel being received and signed for. All claims must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Any customer requesting a delivery to a neighbour that is to be signed for by them, is at their own risk.
No claims for shortages or damage will be accepted if the above conditions are not met.
Deliveries that are in dispute or are under investigation can take 7-10 working days for a resolution, during this period no alternative products or refunds can be processed until the courier investigation have been completed.
Customers who request that their delivery is left in a safe place do so at their own risk.
Please note, where items have been returned to Just Golf Online from one of our couriers due to incorrect shipping details, or uncollected from delivery depots, this will incur a £3.00 non refundable carrier processing fee, as Just Golf Online does not accept any responsibility where items are undelivered due to incorrect shipping details, or uncollected. Please note, we cannot refund outbound postage costs attributed to the above mentioned returned orders. If you request re-delivery, this will incur an additional postage charge.
